Mike Hartley, President, PLS
Mike is a Professional Land Surveyor and is President of Bedrock Engineering, Inc. His twenty-three years of land surveying experience includes project management of topographic and boundary surveys, ALTA surveys, aerial photocontrol surveys, construction staking and right-of-way engineering projects. Mr. Hartley has extensive experience in preparing records of survey, subdivision maps, legal descriptions and right-of-way acquisition documents.
Dave Hartley, CFO, RCE
Dave is a Registered Civil Engineer in the State of California and is Secretary and Chief Financial Officer of Bedrock Engineering, Inc. His eighteen years of engineering experience includes design of grading, street, sanitary sewer, water, and storm drain improvements for municipal, industrial, residential and commercial developments. Mr. Hartley also has extensive experience in processing plans through numerous government agencies and in managing construction staking projects.
Peter Mayne, Vice President, PLS
Pete is a Professional Land Surveyor and is Vice President of Bedrock Engineering, Inc. His twenty-four years of land surveying experience includes establishing horizontal and vertical control networks and performing boundary surveys, topographic surveys and construction staking.
Kenneth "Mick" Padgett, PLS
Mick is a Professional Land Surveyor in the State of California. His nine years of land surveying experience includes establishing horizontal and vertical control networks and performing boundary surveys, topographic surveys, ALTA surveys, project management, and construction staking.
Richard Shepard, PLS
Richard is a Professional Land Surveyor with extensive experience in land development, boundary surveying, mapping, and project management.
Charles "Chase" Miller, PLS
Chase has been working since 2010 as a Survey Party Chief, and earned his professional land surveying license in 2013 (PLS 9079). Chase has experience doing boundary, topographic, and construction surveys, elevation certificates, and 3D laser scanning. In 2010, Chase graduated from the University of Calgary with a Master of Science in Geomatics Engineering, which involved completing a thesis on the accuracy of GPS surveying.
Scott Roberts, PLS
Scott graduated from California State University, Fresno with a Bachelor of Science degree in Geomatics Engineering in 2011. Scott earned his professional land surveying license in 2015 (PLS 9235).
Dirk de Valk, PLS
Dirk is a licensed Professional Land Surveyor in the State of California and manages the Concord office.
Austin is a underground utility locator for Bedrock Engineering and is also a member of the California State Air National Guard. He is currently on leave serving active duty.
